You too?

As many of you tax payers out there will know with all these taxes Sometimes you can’t Make it On Your Own. Whilst the latest tax avoidance news is just the tip of the iceberg, We Still Haven’t Found What We’re Looking For. So Achtung Baby, some out there are avoiding tax With or Without You.

It is fair to say that tax avoidance happens in Mysterious Ways, in European cities Where the Streets Have No Name. But it looks like those participating in such activity are now Stuck in a Moment That You Can’t Get Out Of. As the Guardian article below reports, even the charitable U2 are using The Miracle of tax avoidance. This scheme must be Even Better than the Real Thing of paying your fair share of taxes.

However, the latest action from the OECD and EU may signal The Troubles are ahead for the big tax avoiders, in the meantime The Desire for such organisations to change may accelerate, and the Electrical Storm of channeling money may stop. We’re sure many tax consultancy firms and their clients are experiencing a range of emotions at the moment, perhaps somewhere along the lines of Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me.

Perhaps the latest developments may signal change, when Love Comes to Town, In God’s Country. At Fair Tax Town we think the Sweetest Thing would be for everyone to pay their fair share, be it rock stars, national heroes, aid pioneers, Live Aid legends, charity figureheads, big egos, musicians, singer-songwriters, venture capitalists, businessmen, philanthropists, front men of Dublin-based rock bands, those of a strong moral and ethical belief, or all of the above!
